Who we are

This website is operated by High Seas Plumbing LLC, a Florida limited liability company (document no. 600476006756) doing business as High Seas Plumbing.Licensed Florida plumbing contractor, CFC1434698 .

Using this website

You’re welcome to read, print and share these pages for your own purposes. Please don’t scrape the site, republish its content as your own, attempt to interfere with how it works, or use it to send us anything unlawful.

The information here is general

The guides in our Blog describe how plumbing systems in this region typically behave. They are written to help you understand what you may be looking at — they are not a diagnosis of your property and not a substitute for having a licensed plumber inspect it. Plumbing work carries real risk of water damage, scalding and gas hazards; if you are unsure, stop and call us.

Estimates and pricing

Estimates carry no fee and are given after we’ve looked at the actual problem. The price we put in writing is the price for the scope described in it. If we open a wall or a slab and find additional damage, we stop and re-quote rather than adding to the invoice silently — you approve any change before we continue.

Scheduling

Arrival windows are our best estimate. Emergency calls — active leaks and sewer backups — take priority, which occasionally moves a routine appointment. If that happens we will tell you as early as we can and reschedule at your convenience.

Our work and your warranty

We stand behind our labor, and the parts and equipment we install carry the manufacturer’s warranty. The specific coverage and duration for your job is stated on your invoice or work order, because it varies with the work and the equipment. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, alterations by others, freezing, or events outside our control.

Access and site conditions

We need safe access to the work area, the shutoffs and the equipment. Please tell us about pets, alarm systems, locked gates and known hazards before we arrive. If the property has conditions that make the work unsafe, we may need to stop until they are resolved.

Permits and inspections

Some work requires a permit and a municipal inspection. Where that applies we will tell you at quoting time and handle the filing as part of the job.

Licensing

High Seas Plumbing is a licensed Florida plumbing contractor (CFC1434698). You can verify the license through the Florida DBPR license lookup, or ask us for a copy.

Third-party links and financing

This site may link to other organizations, and financing is provided by a third party subject to their approval and their terms. We don’t control those parties’ content or decisions.

Your privacy

How we collect, use and protect your information is explained in our Privacy Policy. To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, see its Your Privacy Choices section.

Intellectual property

Website provided “as is”

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t promise that every page will be error-free, current or uninterrupted, and prices, availability and service areas can change. The written estimate or work order for your job, not a web page, is what describes the work we agree to do. This section is about the website only; it does not change the warranty described above for work we perform.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent Florida law allows, High Seas Plumbing LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that come from using, or being unable to use, this website or the general information on it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law does not allow to be limited, or our responsibilities under a written estimate, work order or warranty for work we perform.

Governing law

These terms, and your use of this website, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest of the terms still apply.

Changes

We may update these terms as our services change. The version on this page is the one in effect. Last updated: September 29, 2026.
