Before you call

Do you charge for an estimate?
No. There is no estimate fee and no diagnostic fee. We look at what's actually happening, explain what we found, and give you the price before any work starts. If you decide not to move forward, you don't owe us anything.
Can you come out today?
Same-day appointments are available, and our phones are answered 24/7/365. Call so we can triage it; that also means the truck arrives with the right parts instead of having to come back.
Do you work weekends and holidays?
Our phones are answered every day of the year, weekends and holidays included. When we can get a truck out the same day we will, and after-hours work is priced from the same rate sheet as a weekday call — there's no premium for the fact that your water heater chose a Sunday.
Are you licensed?
Yes. High Seas Plumbing is a licensed Florida plumbing contractor, CFC1434698 — you can verify that yourself through the Florida DBPR license lookup. We're veteran-owned and owner-operated, and every plumber who comes to your door is background-checked, drug-tested and in uniform.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Tampa and cover Hillsborough, Pinellas & Pasco counties — that's Tampa Bay from Hudson and New Port Richey down through Tampa, Clearwater and St. Petersburg. If you're near the edge of that, call and ask; we'd rather tell you honestly than send someone two hours out.
How do you price work?
