This policy is published by High Seas Plumbing LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as High Seas Plumbing.

What we collect

When you call us, text us, email us or submit a form on this site, we collect the information you choose to give us — typically your name, phone number, email address, service address and a description of the plumbing problem. If you apply for a job we also collect what you tell us about your experience and licensing.

Like most websites, this one records basic technical information automatically: the pages you visit, your approximate location from your IP address, your browser and device type, and the site or search that referred you.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your request, quote the work and schedule a visit.
• To reach you about an appointment, including arrival updates.
• To keep a service history for your property so future repairs make sense.
• To meet our record-keeping, licensing, insurance and tax obligations.
• To understand which pages help people so we can improve them.

Text messages

High Seas Plumbing does not send text messages to customers, and submitting a form on this site does not sign you up for any. We contact you by phone or email about your request.

What we don’t do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade your contact details to lead brokers or marketing lists. We share information only with the people who need it to do the work: our own plumbers, and service providers acting on our behalf — for example the software that hosts this website, our scheduling and invoicing systems, and a payment or financing provider if you use one. Each of those is bound to use the information only for that purpose.

We will also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies to keep it working correctly and to measure traffic in aggregate. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some conveniences may not.

Payment security

This website never asks for, collects or stores credit card or bank account numbers, and nothing on it takes a payment.

How long we keep it

We keep service records for as long as we need them to support the work and to satisfy legal, insurance and accounting requirements, then dispose of them securely.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell personal information, for money or for anything else. Some state privacy laws — including California’s Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) — also treat letting advertising partners see your activity on a website as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to opt out of that, whichever state you live in.

What this site collects, and which tools are involved. Contact details you type into a form (name, phone, email, service address and your description of the problem), and basic technical information about your visit (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and the page or search that referred you). Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam. We may use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement, and call tracking that shows which page led to a phone call, to understand which pages and ads help people find us.

How to opt out. Choose “Decline” on the cookie notice, or reopen it any time from Cookie Preferences in the footer of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of sharing automatically. You can also email [email protected] or call (813) 733-5971 and say you want to opt out of sale or sharing — no account or verification is needed, and we’ll apply it promptly. Blocking or clearing cookies in your browser settings works too.

Your other rights. You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. We will not treat you differently — in price or in service — for using any of these rights.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging plumbing work. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
