Tampa, FL · Residential Plumbing, Tampa Bay

We'll tell you what you need, and what you don't.

We confirm the diagnosis before we recommend the work — camera down the line, findings shown to you, options explained. Not an educated guess.

The High Seas Plumbing mascot

Who we are

A small shop that would rather be right than fast

Most plumbing calls start the same way: something is leaking, backing up or cold, and nobody can tell you whether it’s a $200 problem or a $6,000 one. We built High Seas around answering that question honestly — then doing the work well enough that the answer holds.

Owner-operated, and it shows in the work
High Seas is veteran-owned and owner-operated, run out of Tampa, FL. Both owners are working plumbers who came up in the trade, so a job that goes sideways doesn't disappear into a call center — it lands on an owner's desk.
Veteran-owned means the process is the point
Diagnose before you replace. Confirm before you cut. Test before you close a wall. That discipline is why we can quote a fixed price honestly and then stand behind it.
Plumbers we'd send to our own houses
Every plumber is background-checked and drug-tested, works in uniform, and is expected to explain what they found in language a homeowner can act on. If a repair is the right answer, you get the repair — not the biggest job we could justify.
One crew, the whole Bay
We cover Hillsborough, Pinellas & Pasco counties, from Hudson and New Port Richey down through Tampa, Clearwater and St. Petersburg. Same-day appointments, and our phones are answered 24/7/365 for the failures that don't wait.

The owners

The two names on the paperwork

Chaim “Azi” Kochman

Co-Owner

Fifteen years in the trade. Azi runs the back of the house — the systems, technology, finances and marketing that keep quotes honest and schedules kept.

Jackson Dalbey

Co-Owner · U.S. Air Force Veteran

Eight years in the trade. Jackson runs day-to-day operations — the crews, the trucks, the schedule and installation quality on every job.

Who we work for

Homes we already know

Older slab-on-grade homes
Galvanized supply, older copper, occasional poly-B and old cast iron drains. Common right across the older neighborhoods of Pinellas, Pasco and Hillsborough.
Cast iron & galvanized systems
Rust at the vent, channeling where the pipe is thinning, scale where it is falling apart. We put a camera down and show you which stage it is in.
New-build drain problems
Drains that were never properly supported. It is common in newer Pasco construction and almost nobody markets to it.
Manufactured & mobile homes
Poly-B supply and ABS drains that warp in the heat. Different pipe, different fittings, shutoffs often outside the home.

What you’re owed

The Promise Ledger

Four entries, signed by an owner-operated, veteran-owned shop in Tampa. Nothing here is fine print.

The inspection is included

Every service call includes a whole-home plumbing inspection. It runs from a standard checklist, and it comes with the work you booked — not as a standalone visit.

We confirm before we recommend

If we tell you a line is failing, we've put a camera down it and shown you the rust. If we can't show you, we don't say it. There's a difference between a diagnosis and an educated guess.

Plumbers you'd hand a key to

Background-checked, drug-tested and uniformed. Whoever comes to your door explains what they found in plain language before anything is replaced.

No fee to find out

No diagnostic fee, no estimate fee, and second opinions at no charge. You get the price in writing before any work starts in Tampa — not after.

How the work goes

Soundings

Four marks on the line, every job, whether it’s a running toilet in Tampa or a sewer lateral in Tampa Bay.

Start with a diagnosis
  1. You tell us what it's doing

Call or send the form. We ask the questions that decide which parts go on the truck — where the water is, what you've already shut off, and how old the house is.

  2. We diagnose the cause, not the symptom

Pressure tests, camera work and acoustic locating where they're warranted. Guessing is what turns a small repair into an open wall, so we don't do it.

  3. You get the price before we start

In writing, with the options explained plainly — repair versus replace, and what each one buys you. No estimate fee, no hidden fees, and financing available on the bigger jobs.

  4. You decide, with the evidence in front of you

We show you what we found — the camera footage, the pressure reading, the corroded fitting — and lay out the options. A want is never presented as a need.

Diagnosed, not guessed

Let's find out what's actually wrong.

No estimate fee, upfront pricing and same-day appointments across Tampa Bay. If water is actively leaking, call — that gets you triaged fastest.
