Our commitment

We want anyone in Tampa Bay to be able to find a service, understand what it involves and get in touch — whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use. We treat accessibility as part of building the site, not a box to tick afterwards.

What we’ve built in

• A “skip to main content” link, landmark regions and a single, meaningful heading structure on every page.
• Full keyboard operation: every menu, accordion and form control can be reached and used without a mouse, with a visible focus outline.
• Text and interface colors chosen to meet WCAG 2.2 AA contrast, including the light-on-plum and dark-on-gold combinations used throughout.
• Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images, and empty alt text on decoration.
• Form fields with real labels, clearly marked required fields, and errors reported in text rather than by color alone.
• Respect for the operating system’s “reduce motion” setting — animations and smooth scrolling turn off automatically.
• Tap targets sized for touch, and layouts that reflow down to small screens.

What we’re honest about

We aim for WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We have not commissioned an independent audit, so we don’t claim certified conformance. Some third-party content — a financing provider’s pages, or a map — sits outside our control, and content published through our CMS is reviewed as it goes up rather than certified.

Getting service another way

We take service requests by phone, by text and by email, and our plumbers can walk you through what they found verbally as well as in writing. If a written quote is hard to read, ask and we’ll go through it with you.
