Fast, methodical fault-finding when water is where it shouldn't be and nobody knows why.

What the work involves

  • Shut down and isolate the failure to stop the damage
  • Pressure-test and camera work to find the real cause
  • Separate plumbing failures from roof, HVAC condensate and irrigation
  • Written findings and a repair plan you can hand to an adjuster

Signs you'd notice first

  • Water coming through a ceiling or wall
  • Sewage backing up into a tub or shower
  • Every fixture in the house lost pressure at once
  • You can hear water running and can't find it

How we approach it in Tampa Bay

Large parts of Pasco County sit outside a municipal water main, so homes draw from private wells with their own pressure tank, and even connected neighborhoods run hard, mineral-heavy groundwater. That shapes almost every call: scaled tankless heat exchangers, crusted aerators, short water-heater life, sulfur odor on the hot side, and softeners that were sized for a smaller house than the one they're in now.

We diagnose the cause before quoting the repair, give you the price in writing before any work starts, and show you what we found before we recommend anything. No estimate fee, upfront pricing, and same-day appointments across Hillsborough, Pinellas & Pasco counties.

Questions we get

Emergency Diagnostics — questions we get

Water is coming through my ceiling. What do I do first?

Close the main water shutoff, kill power to anything the water is reaching, and call. Photograph it before cleanup. Stopping the source is the priority — finding it is our job, not yours.

Sewage is backing up into the tub. Is that an emergency?

Yes. Stop using every fixture in the house immediately — each flush adds to it — and call. A main-line blockage needs to be cleared through the proper cleanout, and the line should be cameraed afterwards to find out why it happened.

How do you find the cause when nothing is visible?

Isolate first to stop the damage, then pressure-test and camera to separate a plumbing failure from roof, HVAC condensate or irrigation. You get written findings and a repair plan you can hand to an adjuster.
