Lead Install Plumber
Take the harder calls — repipes, sewer laterals, slab leaks — and help set the standard the rest of the crew works to.
This is the seat for someone who has already seen the hard versions of these jobs: whole-home repipes, cast-iron lateral replacements, slab leaks, and the diagnostic calls where three other companies guessed wrong. You'll take those, and you'll have real say in how we scope and price them.
You'll also help bring apprentices along. We would rather grow a plumber than churn through them, and that only works if the leads are willing to teach.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years residential plumbing experience, or a master license
- Confident on repipes, sewer laterals, slab leaks and camera diagnostics
- Willing to mentor apprentices on the job rather than just direct them
- Valid Florida driver's license, clean record, able to pass a background check and drug screen
