What Happens During a High Seas Diagnostic Visit
No diagnostic fee, a whole-home plumbing inspection on every call, and the findings shown to you before anything is replaced.

A High Seas diagnostic visit finds out what is actually wrong, shows you the evidence, and gives you upfront options before any work starts. There is a $0 diagnostic fee, no estimate fee, and every service call includes a whole-home plumbing inspection.
What does the plumber look at first?
The problem you called about. The plumber listens to what you've noticed — when it started, what changed, what makes it worse — then confirms it: a pressure test for a suspected leak, a camera for a drain that keeps backing up, a closer look at a water heater that is running out early.
What is the whole-home plumbing inspection?
Beyond the original problem, the plumber checks the rest of the system: the main shutoff and fixture shutoffs, visible supply and drain piping, the water heater, water pressure, and the fixtures. A water quality test is included on service calls. The point is simple — a failing shutoff or a scaling water heater is much cheaper to find on a calm day than during a failure.
How are the findings shared?
You see what the plumber sees: the camera footage, the pressure reading, the corroded fitting, the scale on the element. The brand promise is plain — we'll tell you what you need, and what you don't. If something can wait, you'll hear that too.
How does pricing work?
You get upfront pricing for the options before any work begins, so the decision is yours and there are no hidden fees. Financing is available for larger repairs. If you'd like a second opinion on a quote from someone else, we give second opinions at no charge.
What should you have ready?
- Where the main water shutoff is, if you know.
- When the problem started and anything that changed around then.
- Photos of anything that has since been cleaned up.
- Past invoices for the water heater or any repiping, if you have them.
